• Q:  So how do I use this deodorant properly?

A:  Watch our short how-to videos above or read further.

    .

After cleaning your underarms well, leave them wet and apply in a wider area and for longer than you would regular deodorant, for about 15 to 30 seconds per side

    .

Just let it glide around on a thin layer of water on your skin. The mineral salt dissolves in the thin layer of water and applies evenly around your skin. Rinse the deodorant stick and repeat on the other underarm. Let your underarms dry. Enjoy the clean feeling all day!

  • Q: I tried it but it’s not working well. Am I doing something wrong?

A: It may take you a few days to figure out how much water to use and how long to apply for.

    .

    Two quick fixes are:

1.) apply long enough (15-30 seconds) and

2.) use enough water to glide the deodorant stone but not so much that it drips. A couple minutes out of the shower is probably the right amount of wet. Or when wetting the stone, point down and wipe with a clean cloth after to avoid excess residue at the base as it dries.

  • Q: Any special instructions on handling the deodorant?

A: After using, rinse and wipe the stone with a clean cloth or paper towel and let dry before putting the top back on. Do NOT shake the deodorant dry, otherwise you risk breaking the stone off. (If that does happen by accident, you can still save the stone and use it in your spray bottle!)

It’s a few more seconds of effort than regular deodorant, but it works so much better, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without it.

    .

Also, it won't melt in hot weather like other deodorant sticks so you can bring it along with you anywhere.

  • Q:  So how and where do I use the spray?

A:  First, rinse the bottle with water. Next, carefully pour the mineral salt pieces into the bottle. Then fill the bottle with 2 oz of water. That’s almost to the top. Shake it a little and you can spray on to freshen up underarms if you feel you need more odor protection that day, or you can use it to keep your privates odor in check after you shower or work out. Pits and privates. Works great on either.

Also feet. This should help extend the life of your footwear by controlling the microbe buildup on the parts your foot touches. (That said, we have something in the works that will take foot odor control to the next level. Stay tuned!)

If the spray gets clogged, shake it a little and run the nozzle under warm water. If it's really clogged, you can unscrew the pump, dip it in clean, warm or cool water, and pump a few times to unclog, but this shouldn't be necessary unless a small piece got in the spray tube.
